Restructuring, reviewing, organizing, and correcting financial records that are assumed to be up to date, just inaccurate. Cost is per each month that needs to be cleaned up. We will work as far back as the year your last tax return was filed. Three bank accounts included, $20.00 per each additional bank account per month. Deposit required.
Catch-up
Starting @ $120/For each month needed*
Recording, summarizing, analyzing, and reporting to required third parties on all preceding months. Three bank accounts included, $10 per each additional bank account per month. We will work as far back as needed, additional fees for amended returns. Deposit required.
Personal Budgeting
$300/Year or $30/Month*
Your personal CFO for less than $1/day. Monthly budget, unlimited financial accounts, rollover budgeting, investment tracking, subscription tracking, and more. A Prepaid discounted annual plan is available, non-refundable. Additional fee for bill pay.

As a TFS Pros client you would need to send us your receipts, settlements, and tax documents. All of our bookkeeping clients are set up with Quickbooks Online or Xero account, plus a secure portal, included in our monthly rate. Quickbooks or Xero will allow us to access your financial statements and all account activity.
We have several options for scanning and capturing receipts, our preferred method is directly through your secure portal. You may also use CamScanner and email to capture and send documents, finally we also accept by fax or through Google Drive.
A business or seperate bank account is not required, but highly recommended to keep business activity seperate from your personal finances. We will handle all bank reconcilations each month and upload the transactions to provide you with monthly specialized reports from your seperate account.
Yes, we offer full service payroll including automated payroll taxes and forms, 1099 E-File & Pay, plus an employee portal.
Absolutely not, you can cancel our services at any time. Most services are rendered on a month to month basis and there are no long-term contracts. We are hoping you stay with us because you want to, not because you have to.
Yes — software helps, but a bookkeeper ensures accuracy, catches errors, and provides insights that software alone can’t.
We typically update your books monthly, but weekly or quarterly options are available depending on your plan.
Yes. We process payroll, manage direct deposits, file payroll taxes, and prepare W-2s and 1099s.
Yes we do, for every new client that enrolls in a monthly base service for at least 2 months or any annual plan, you will receive a $50 Amazon gift card. Make sure your referral mentions your name.
